This means it is unlawful to claim artworks as your own work or copy, transmit, print, display, perform, store, distribute, publish, and adapt artworks by any means. It is also unlawful to create derivative works, commercialising or recieve monetary benefits from any content from this website, without the written permission of Tony Gilevski.
Signature on delivery All deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt. Note that delivery is a door-to-door service, and does not include carrying items inside the premises, removal of packaging, or hanging of artwork.
Incorrect address If an artwork is returned to the studio due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying for redelivery. Please double check your address details on your order confirmation.
Change of mind If you have a change of mind once your artwork arrives, we have a 7-day cooling off period. Within this period, you can return the artwork to us for a full refund. You must email us within this period stating you wish to return the artwork.
Note: Shipping and insurance of the artwork back to the studio is at your own expense. We expect to receive the artwork in the same condition as you received it order to provide you with a refund.
Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information gathered is for processing payment and dispatching of goods only. We do not sell, reuse, rent, disclose, or loan any customer details to any third party.
Credit card detailsAll credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal. OX Design does not store any credit card information on local hardrives or servers.
How much is shipping in Australia? Shipping costs to any destination in Australia via registered, trackable courier are:45x45 cm = A$50
80x60 cm = A$100
140x100 cm = A$200
183x122 cm = A$250
How long will it take to arrive? Once the artwork has been dispatched from the studio, deliveries typically take:
3–5 business days (VIC & NSW)
4–7 business days (SA, ACT, QLD)
7–10 business days (WA, NT, TAS)
Please allow 1 or 2 extra days for rural deliveries. Deliveries may also be delayed by curent COVID conditions.
Do you ship internationally? Artworks can be shipped internationally. If you are not located in Australia, please contact us atinfo@oxdesign.com.au prior to purchase to arrange a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
Is pick-up an option?
OX Design is located in Melbourne, Australia. If you would like to pick up your artwork in person, or arrange a viewing, please contact Tony Gilevski at info@oxdesign.com.au
What payment options are available?Payment can be made via a PayPal account. If you would prefer to pay another way such as a Direct Bank Transfer, please contact us to make arrangements.
How are artworks packaged for shipping? Artworks are carefully packaged for shipping using padding and protection as is reasonable to ensure safe transit.
Are artworks insured for shipping?Artworks are sent by registered post, which includes full insurance if the artwork is lost in transit or damaged. In the event that there is damage during transit, please contact us immediately at info@oxdesign.com.au
Are artworks ready to hang? Smaller to medium sized works on canvas (45x45 cm, 80x60 cm, 140x100 cm) are ready to hang with a Heavy Duty Picture D Rings and stainless steel wire fitted on the back of the wooden frame.
Larger sized works on canvas (183x122 cm) are fitted with two aluminium plates on the upper corners of the frame. They require two wall-mounted hooks.
Note: Ensure that correct wall fixings are used to hold the weight of the canvas.
Can I clean my artwork? Quality acrylic paints and mediums have been used to create the artworks. A hand-held feather duster can be used to get dust off the surface of the canvas. Do not use any detergents or solvents to clean the surface of the canvas. If there is significant marking to artwork, please contact Tony Gilevski to discuss remedy options.
